Casa Costarella is a spacious holiday apartment in the historic center of San Gimignano, Tuscany. Arranged over two levels, it offers comfort and privacy within the medieval town walls, allowing the historic center to be explored entirely on foot.

The apartment measures approximately 120 square meters (1,290 sq ft) and features bright interiors, modern furnishings, and generous living spaces. Access is through a private, lockable gate leading into an exclusive courtyard reserved entirely for guests. From here, the apartment is entered directly. The enclosed outdoor space offers a comfortable setting for outdoor dining and relaxing, with views toward the surrounding towers and historic streets.

The living areas are located on the ground floor and include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. An internal staircase connects the living spaces to the upper level, where all three bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is located separately on the upper level.
