Access is through a private, lockable gate leading into an exclusive courtyard reserved entirely for guests. From here, the apartment is entered directly. The enclosed outdoor space offers a comfortable setting for outdoor dining and relaxing, with views toward the surrounding towers and historic streets.
The living areas are located on the ground floor and include a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. An internal staircase connects the living spaces to the upper level, where all three bedrooms are located. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed. Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the third bathroom is located separately on the upper level.
The apartment has been recently renovated with a focus on comfort, functionality, and energy efficiency. Underfloor heating in winter and underfloor cooling in summer ensure a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year, providing an effective alternative to traditional air conditioning.
A free underground garage parking space for one car is included and is located just outside the city walls, approximately 400 meters from the apartment. Additional paid parking is available directly above the garage.
The local tourist tax of San Gimignano is not included in the accommodation price and is payable online during guest registration via our secure smart check-in system.
